Each prospective fellow must be nominated by someone in a senior leadership position in his or her organization. The attendance fee, which is normally to be paid by the fellows organization, is $6,500. Limited scholarship support is available.
Nominations are due no later than June 16, 2008.
Nominees will be sent application materials; applications are due July 15, 2008.
The selection committee will then choose thirty-five to forty fellows from among the nominees.
Successful candidates will be notified of their admission by September 15, 2008.
The Two-step Nomination Process

Please use whatever internal process you and your organization prefer. The only criteria we request are that your nominee:
Has demonstrated leadership skills in your organization
Has 5-10 years of professional experience
Will be able to participate in the initial one week workshop January 26 - January 30, 2009 and full day forums on the second Thursday of every month (excluding August) through September, 2009.
When selecting your nominee, please keep in mind that the program seeks a group of fellows that is diverse by race, gender, and profession and in this way reflects the demographics of the Greater Boston area.
